As the lead of the Citizen Engagement component of the FORWARDS project, the FORWARDS BOKU team (Gerhard Weiss, Aine Parlade) is proud to support the launch of Forest Quest at Queen Elizabeth Forest Park (QEFP) in Scotland. This self-guided trail offers visitors a unique opportunity to explore climate-smart forestry and forest restoration in an engaging and educational way.

Developed in collaboration with Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS), Forest Research, BOKU University and the SUPERB project, Forest Quest features creative challenges and interpretive signs, both onsite and via a mobile app. Participants will discover how local partners are managing forests to support biodiversity and adapt to climate change.
