The European Bioeconomy Scientific Forum (EBSF), held every two years under the European Bioeconomy University Alliance (EBU), is inviting abstracts for poster presentations at its upcoming event in Joensuu, Finland, from June 11–13, 2025.
Focusing on “Boosting regional and international bioeconomy collaboration and skills,” posters should explore examples of successful bioeconomy initiatives. Topics may include multi-scale networks, interdisciplinary projects, innovation processes, and educational approaches. Contributions from early-career researchers are strongly encouraged.
Accepted posters will feature in a dedicated session with pitch presentations, and the best entries will receive awards. Abstract submissions, limited to 250 words, are due by February 20, 2025, via the online form. Authors will be notified of decisions by March 1, 2025. For inquiries, contact Denis Dobrynin at denis.dobrynin@uef.fi.
